Our laboratory’s research focuses on chip-scale intelligent and integrated nano-optoelectronics, photonics, and electronics with a wide range of applications. With over 130 top journal publications, 33 issued patents, and 10 pending patent applications, our work stands at the forefront of technological advancements. Our key research areas include:
